ARMEKA SLS smooth is an epoxy coating formulated for surface treatment of concrete floors where there is a need to disperse static electricity. ARMEKA SLS is hard-wearing, has high compressive strength, excellent resistance to alkalies and good resistance to many acids. Suitable areas of application include industrial production areas, storage and workshop areas, for example chemical and electronic industries, computer rooms, facilities which handle or store easily ignited materials, or areas where there is a high risk of dust explosion.
阿美卡自流平地面(SLS)是一种针对混凝土地面设计的光滑的环氧树脂地面。阿美卡自流平地面具有耐磨,抗压以及耐酸碱等优秀的性能。 适用于工业生产区域,储藏间等。例如:化工品车间,电子厂房,计算机房等。

PROPERTIES

ARMEKA SLS is a seamless coating with a smooth and easy-to-clean surface. In order to uphold these properties, the floors have to be cleaned with high pressure scrubber according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
阿美卡自流平地面是一种光滑表面且易于清洁的无缝地坪。为了使地面达到最好的特性,使用方应遵照使用说明对地面进行必要的日常清洁维护。

PLANNING INSTRUCTIONS UNDERLYING FLOOR
环氧自流平施工地基条件
Concrete the underlying surface shall be at least 28 days old, the permitted relative humidity is maximum 95%. In some special cases the relative humidity of the concrete can be up to 97%. The grade and flatness of the concrete in accordance with the function of the premises, and the slope to the floor drain shall be present in the underlying floor. Laitance must be removed by plastering, grinding or diamond-grinding. Any irregularities in the concrete must be levelled out with epoxy putty. For connections to floor drain grids as circular drains as well as around hot water-piping, please follow the special instructions (technical details)
在施工环氧地面前,混凝土表层应至少有28天养护期,相对湿度最高为95%。部分区域相对湿度最高为97%。混凝土标号及平整度应符合应用环境的要求,斜坡和地沟处应显露。混凝土表层浮浆层必须通过打磨或喷砂去除。任何混凝土不平整区域必须用环氧材料进行正确的修补。对于地沟连接处以及热水管道等特殊区域应遵循特殊技术要求。
Tensile strength of concrete
混凝土抗张力
The official minimum limit for the tensile strength of the concrete surface is 2,5N/mm2. However this minimum requirement is rarely reached in practice. Realistic acceptable value for concrete is 1,5…2,0N/mm2. When this level is reached the SLS epoxy flooring can be installed and it can be expected that the concrete will not crack under the hard epoxy surface even in heavy traffic.
混凝土表面抗张力的官方要求为2.5牛顿/平方毫米。然而在实践中,该数值通常无法满足。因此,通常的混凝土抗张力为1.5-2.0牛顿/平方毫米。当混凝土抗张力满足通常数值时,就可以正常的安装 自流平地面系统。此时,在重载环境下,坚硬的环氧涂层下方的混凝土不会开裂。
If the tensile strength of the concrete is less that the required values, it is likely that the concrete will crack under the hard epoxy coating. In this case the breaking starts from the junction of the concrete and epoxy coating。
如果混凝土的抗张强度没有达到最低要求,若继续施工,则意味着坚硬的环氧涂层下方的混凝土在日后使用中有可能开裂。开裂处通常发生在混凝土伸缩缝处或环氧涂层接缝处。
在施工环氧地面前,阿尔美卡公司会对混凝土进行拉拔强度测试,以及湿度、温度测试。并针对测试数据和现场情况给出具体解决方案。

LOAD RESISTANCE

Modern industries operate with ever increasing load of weights. The ever increasing pace puts high demands on floor finishes. ARMEKA SLS epoxy coating has a compressive strength up to 80N/mm2, which is two to three times higher than with many good concrete floors.
现代工业对于地面的载重条件要求越来越高,阿尔美卡 环氧自流平地面的耐压强度可以到达80牛顿/平方毫米。该强度是优质混凝土地面强度的数倍,是目前市场上耐压性能最好的工业地面。

ARMEKA SLS has good resistance to alkalis in all concentrations and good resistance to many acids. Resistance to oil is also very good.

Substrate
混凝土基层
Concrete shall be solid, clean and dry, at least 28 days old, max 5 % moisture by weight or 95 % RH. It is recommended to implement a planned strength of K-30 and such tensile strength that is 10 % of compressive strength in industrial premises. The requirements for a ready concrete surface evenness and slopes shall in accordance with the function of the premises, and their level shall approach the planned level, class A and Ao are the norms to be recommended (Concrete association 12). New and old concrete surfaces are grinded, plastered or sanded to remove dirt, surface laitance and the weakest and the weakest surface elements from the adhesion substrate. The treatment of the old coated concrete surfaces of the underlying floor shall be examined from case to case individually. Eventual unevenness, pits or cracks in the concrete surface to be covered are repaired only with epoxy based putties and other leveling materials.
混凝土必须为固体,干净且干燥,至少28天的养护期。最大含水率5%或相对湿度95%。 推荐混凝土的标号为C30. 或抗张力达到抗压强度的10%。对于混凝土的平整度要求及斜度要求应满足具体的应用环境及企业要求。水平度应符合规定的要求,推荐A或A0级别(根据混凝土协会12)。无论新旧混凝土,均应进行打磨或喷砂处理,去除表面浮浆层及松动部分。对于旧混凝土找平层,应仔细检查每个区域,对于不平整区域,裂缝以及找平层空鼓均应通过环氧材料或其他材料进行有效的修补处理。
Tolerances
伸缩性
The tolerances needed by floor masses in junctures, apertures, circular drains, extension joints etc. shall be considered already in the concrete laying project.
混凝土接缝,地沟接缝以及混凝土伸缩缝处的伸缩性均应在混凝土施工时给予考虑。
Application conditions
施工条件
Before starting the installation and during the application the temperature of the concrete must be minimum of +18°C and maximum of +30°C. In some special cases the temperature of the concrete can be min. +16°C. In these cases a special winter-quality hardener must be used for epoxy base.
施工开始前及施工过程中,混凝土的温度最低为+18°C,最高为:+30°C。在某些特殊的区域,混凝土温度最低为+16°C。在特殊低温环境下施工,应考虑使用低温固化剂。
Epoxy shall not be laid at the temperature below +15°C. Sufficient lightning and warmth are of major importance for obtaining a good result.
施工环氧树脂的最低铺设温度不得低于+15°C,施工时足够的光线和温度是获得良好表面效果的重要条件。
Laying

Experience shows that application can be carried out only by skilled application team. While treating epoxy materials, the manufacturer’s instructions shall be observed.

The mass floor contractor and the customer shall examine the substrate to be coated and the work conditions before the contract work begins to considerate and repair eventual irregularities that may affect the end of result. As a measure of precaution while working premises, to envisage walkways as well as an easy to realise schedule and in which the working stages follow each other. It is recommended to protect mass floors sufficiently from damage that may be caused by construction time until acceptance examination.
通常在环氧地面施工前,环氧地面施工方和业主应共同检查混凝土地面,并明确指明将会影响环氧地面表面效果的情况。在施工环氧地面前,双方应就混凝土情况达成共识,并对于今后可能产生的影响提出认可的解决方案以及施工时间表。通常建议在环氧地面验收前,对已经完工的地面进行有效的保护,以免其他施工对地面造成损坏。
WORKING HYGIENE

Special working hygiene instructions apply on people working with epoxy products. To facilitate planning and prevent work description, it should be pointed out on the planning stage that it may be necessary to isolate the working premises during application.
